Boxing
During the month of October and part of November I did boxing every Monday after school. It was an optional activity given by the school. I enjoyed it very much and it gave me a taste of a new sport.
Boxing is a great discipline that will help you improve your endurance and gain muscle. It’s a complete sport where you work your legs, arms and torso. The coaches were very friendly and helpful and even though I wasn’t really good at boxing they were motivating me all the time. In my opinion the course was too short and it didn’t allow us to cover all of the boxing aspects.
Boxing is a great activity and I encourage the rest of students to get involved in it.
