Martial Arts
The 23rd and 24th of October all TY students had Martial Arts. The first two hours it was a theoretical class about what it is Martial Arts and when we have to use it.
The rest of the day we were in groups doing different things with the pads and learning how to inmovilize someone. The next day we continued with practical lessons but during this day we did harder things like what we have to do when someone has a gun or a knife. At the end of that day we had an assessment which I found had and very tiring.
I really enjoyed Martial Arts and it was one of my favourite things that I have done this year so far. The coach told us that we are going to have a third day of Martial Arts, in which we are going to wear the right protection and we are going to recreate real situations with real stress. I can’t wait for this day!
